This last weekend was the Youth Retreat: one of the most amazing experiences our Youth Group offers. Luke Morton spoke in four sessions, covering the Gospel, our Culture, the way the Gospel and our Culture interact(war), and how we fit into all of that. His animating speaking technique kept us all on the edge of our seats. We were served each morning by the staff at Fort Warden. Games were led by David, which was interesting to say the least... Alright, there were some normal games, but I still get heavy when people mention 'lemonade,' and I didn't even play. Anyway, it was an awesome time to fellowship, and draw near to Christ away from all the distractions of the world.

Wednesday, we didn't meet, but a hand-ful of us met up at the golf-range and played a round, followed by coffee and cookies at Barnes and Noble.

There was a Saturday meeting, but due to unfortunate circumstances, I was unable to attend, and couldn't get a scoop. In the future, it would be nice if there was someone else taking notes, just in case I miss something.
